JAJ Agency was founded by Jessica Fernandez, a seasoned consultant with two decades of experience in Hospitality and Artist Management. Jessica’s career began under the visionary Ian Schrager, co-founder of Studio 54, where she developed a deep understanding of luxury service. This early experience ignited her passion for curating high-end guest experiences and fostering an extensive network in the entertainment industry.
Her pivot into music began at WME Agency, managing private and corporate events in the music department. This role laid the foundation for her position at Cactus Jack, where she oversaw day-to-day operations for Travis Scott. Over the years, Jessica has worked with renowned artists, including J Lo and Iggy Azalea, while consulting for companies such as MTW Agency and iHeartMedia.
Today, JAJ Agency focuses on consulting for private membership clubs, luxury hospitality brands, and entertainment companies, offering expertise in brand identity, membership development, strategic partnerships, and music programming. Whether it’s launching a new venue, curating unique member experiences, or securing key brand artist collaborations, JAJ Agency is dedicated to delivering bespoke solutions that elevate every project.
